Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked in the legal field for 20 years. Most of my legal experience in complex dispute resolution helped me hone my negotiating skills. I started my legal career in estate planning and administration and divorce law, and I volunteered with the DC American Bar Association’s landlord/tenant law and estate planning & administration committees.
Assist in any way I can to get your home ready for the market –
• I stage smaller homes, such as condos and townhomes.
• For larger homes, I collaborate with stagers.
• I’ve assisted with home clean-outs by bringing in auctioneers, junk haulers, and cleaners.
